Griffiths Family Law accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for invoice and trust deposit payments as a courtesy to our clients. We have partnered with LawPay to allow us to process payments securely through our case management system. LawPay is the recommended payment method by the North Carolina Bar.
You may also make an intial trust deposit or replenish your trust funds. Please note, the submission of a retainer payment alone does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney client relationship is formed upon the payment of the trust deposit and return of a fully executed Contract for Representation.
Due to credit card processing times, it may take as long as 2-3 days before your account reflects your payment.
